Customer Training Manager – Content Marketing SaaS – London

The Role

Through continued success and growth, the London Client Services team is growing. The goal for the Customer Training Manager is to work with mid-market to enterprise level customers across EMEA on driving platform performance. This is a pivotal role on the Client Services team, as it is vital that customers are adept and highly successful on using the platform and optimizing their marketing and content campaigns thereof.

  • Design, create and implement customer facing training programmes, to increase users and drive product adoption.
  • Responsible for the onboarding program for all mid-market to enterprise level customers.
  • Ensure that training is aligned to customer success goals and customer lifecycle.
  • Assist external teams on leveraging the platform, to deliver business value across all levels of the client.
  • Continue to create engaging content and training solutions to support on-going customer training and enablement.
  • Train internal teams on how best to deliver the customer training solutions.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Training Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Energetic and passionate about driving engagement and adding value to the customer lifecycle.
  • 2+ years in a customer training role or SaaS related training role.
  • Experience in Customer Success or Client Services within a rapid-growing SaaS business.
  • Thorough understanding of tech, SaaS solutions and digital marketing.
  • Strong presentation skills and credibility.
