Engagement Manager – Social Customer Experience SaaS – London

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager, to join their ever-growing team here in London. You will be joining a new, strategic set up within the EMEA function, being only the 2nd person in this role covering the UK and EMEA. You will have the acumen to sell & deliver complete solution offerings to new and existing accounts that clearly fit into the customer’s business requirements to solve their customer experience pain points.

Be at the forefront of innovative Digital Marketing Saas, in order to drive growth across strategic services, becoming a digital leader. You will be tasked on delivery of projects, acting as a bridge across multiple internal and external stakeholders, bringing the whole customer journey together in a cohesive manner.

  • Supporting the end-to-end solution delivery for enterprise accounts, from writing SOW’s to up-selling new service business opportunities and overseeing the professional service team to deliver (presales and implementation).
  • Work closely with clients to discover requirements and propose complete integrated solution offerings that clearly aid their business pain points.
  • Write Statements of Work, that include scope, effort estimates and timelines for the delivery of services.
  • Understand and identify opportunities to offer customers strategic services and drive those opportunities to close by revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Develop strong relationships with service managers, product managers and other delivery stakeholders.
  • Lead executive sales presentations for customers.
  • Assist in project management and escalation-resolution for key accounts.

The Candidate

The successful Engagement Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of client management experience in business development, project management, professional services or client success functions.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, having the ability to work in a brand new strategic function within a growth-stage SaaS business.
  • Ability to sell confidently and bring to live creative and collaborative ideas that match client goals.
  • Experience working on large scale project management, through leading multi-organisational initiatives.
  • Experience in SaaS solutions, ideally CRM or Digital Marketing.
  • Drive team accountability to reach team and delivery goals.
  • Have assumed responsibility in a senior leadership position in managing a project with an enterprise account.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems with swift timing and to an effective manner.
