Engagement Manager – Social Customer Experience SaaS – London

The Company

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager, to work with new and existing clients in supporting the sales team and partners to build strong and effective relationships and grow new business within accounts. This is an integral position for sales support services and educating customers on how best to you the platform.

The Engagement Manager will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders resulting in client retention.

  • Supporting the sales team to grow existing accounts.
  • Discover client requirements to propose innovative and complete ideas for integrated solution offerings.
  • Understanding client demands and being able to produce plans that target client pain points.
  • Managing sales cycles alongside professional services consultants.
  • Develop close and strategic relationships with key customers to drive client satisfaction.
  • Creating account maps with partners to form strong plans that optimize revenue in existing accounts.
  • Be the primary contact for all professional services opportunities.

The Candidate

The successful Engagement Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in business development or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong team working ability.
  • Decisive, quick thinking, reliable, and likes to take ownership
  • Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
  • Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
  • Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
