The Role
They are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager, to work with new and existing clients in supporting the sales team and partners to build strong and effective relationships and grow new business within accounts. This is an integral position for sales support services and educating customers on how best to you the platform.
The Engagement Manager will ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders resulting in client retention.
