From billings, checkout, taxes, fraud, currencies, language and payment, they run all of this for you through their platform so clients can focus on what they do best and make sure their end client is being serviced in the best possible way.

The Role

Having undergone a significant growth in headcount and customer base across new territories globally, a newly created opportunity has arisen to work across the Product Marketing & Sales Operations team in a strategic capacity developing resources, tools, processes and training which will enable the sales, customer success and operations teams to perform more effectively. Joining the team at a critical stage in their growth, the Head of Sales Enablement will:

  • Play a pivotal role in the improvement of sales, product marketing and customer success enablement programs globally.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing and commercial ops to iterate over the approach – messaging, the tools, the outreach program etc.
  • Engage with sales, customer success & marketing teams to create playbooks, call scripts, email templates and training programs, applying sales best practice and leveraging common methodology for renewals & upsells.
  • Teach and improve the team on how to position the product, run demos to prospects and utilise relevant client examples.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and offices to build supporting content that effectively positions the product value proposition.
  • Coordinate and implement training programs for sales and customer success teams, based on new products and marketing campaigns that drive adoption and promote best practice.
  • Develop the knowledge base for existing customer info and sales collateral.
  • Manage and oversee the on-boarding of new members of the team, providing a successful induction to the company and a faster ramp-up period.

The Candidate

The successful Head of Sales Enablement will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Expert understanding of sales and operations processes and methodologies in a SaaS business.
  • You are naturally a strategic thinker who can translate visions & concepts into structured plans, actions & measurable metrics.
  • Analytical thinker with knowledge of using platforms such as Marketo, Salesloft and Salesforce in order to create graphs and data pools which can be directly used to improve processes and create internal collateral.
  • Proven experience driving through projects from conception to completion
  • Exposure to learning management tools would be beneficial.
  • A clear passion for fast-moving, high-growth technology businesses & SaaS platforms.
  • Have a track record of coaching sales organisations and working with Sales Management to help ramp them to full quota.
  • Experience of working closely with cross functional teams during a period of progressive change and growth and communicating clearly around key milestones and highlighting risks and dependencies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global organisation preferred.
  • You have provided great on-boarding to new members of the Sales team and have worked to refine and improve on-boarding programmes.
