The leading data-driven conversational platform globally, now partnering with the likes of Microsoft and Canon on collecting actionable insights from their customers and understanding not just what the customer wants to buy, but why and when, giving brands the opportunity to target more efficiently and build larger revenues and conversions through eCommerce.

The Role

They are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their growing team based in London. You will be tasked on taking clients from signature to client success, discovering requirements, establishing success criteria, carrying out successful implementations, and delivering tailored custom solutions.

• Responsible for onboarding of new clients over the 3-month implementation plan, whilst aiding design and onboarding of the platform.
• Act as an advocate for the product.
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of complex, technical issues.
• Setting up best practice and guides that ensure the client get best and full use of the product, set to their individual requirements.
• Define, run and deliver technical workshops around the platform and best use cases.
• Represent the product team through commercial efforts with the client.
• Support client’s technical setup inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.
• Must handle multiple projects with multiple clients at any one time.

The Candidate

The successful Implementation Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years experience within Software Deployment or SaaS implementation
• Experience working with eCommerce or web analytics SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML/XML/PHP/JavaScript).
• Experience working in a similar role with SaaS technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English a must.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong internal and external relationship development skills.
• Strong business requirements analysis skills.
• Potentially a web developer looking to move into a more commercial/technical set-up.
