Implementation Consultant – eCommerce Analytics SaaS – London

The Company

A rapidly-expanding, growth stage, start-up founded in Paris are looking to add real quality to their Implementation and Client Success function in the UK. Recently named as one of the most innovative e-commerce technologies in the world, offering an in-depth look into how consumers are using and engaging with websites and mobile apps.

Through recent expansion, and continual global growth, the company have just moved into new spacious offices in Zone 1. Additionally, their most recent round of funding of over $40m was granted at the beginning of this year and has fueled a new AI-powered solution to add to their portfolio of products, as well as opening brand-new offices in Europe and APAC.

The Role

They are looking for an implementation consultant to join their growing team based in London. You will be tasked on taking clients from signature to client success, discovering requirements, establishing success criteria, carrying out successful implementations, and delivering tailored custom solutions.

• Responsible for onboarding of new clients, whilst aiding design and implementation of the platform.
• Act as an advocate for the product.
• Setting up best practice and guides that ensure the client get best and full use of the product, set to their individual requirements.
• Represent the product team through commercial efforts with the client.
• Support clients technical setup inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.
• Has to handle multiple projects with multiple clients at any one time.

The Candidate

The successful Implementation Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years experience within Software Deployment, SaaS implementation or Digital Marketing Analytics.
• Experience working with eCommerce or web analytics SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML/XML/PHP/JavaScript).
• Experience working in a similar role with SaaS technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English a must.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• General understanding of the latest web technologies: Node, React, Angular.
• Strong internal and external relationship development skills.
• Strong business requirements analysis skills.
• Potentially a web developer looking to move into a more commercial/technical set-up.
