Lead Solutions Consultant – Compliance Lifecycle SaaS (RegTech) – London

The Company

This platform supports financial institutions to managed and control communication data to meet regulatory requirements, without impacting operational performance.

An Israeli tech start-up focused on addressing some of the most burning challenges in the financial compliance domain. Their platform helps to mitigate risk and drive an efficient and positive surveillance process around a brands compliance life cycle.

The Role

Now growing their EMEA presence with their first crucial Presales hire in London to join their dynamic and talented team. You will be the first Solutions Consultant in London, owning the territory of the EMEA region, with scope to build a larger Presales and Professional Services function in the future.

The client recognizes that every employee’s contributions are crucial to our company success and our customers experience. This is no different as you will be the technical face when working with enterprise financial institutions becoming an evangelist for the product and platform with the vision of optimising the clients Compliance Lifecycle.

  • Qualifying a client’s needs based on driving factors and a business’s pain points.
  • Identifying and putting together a trusted solution based around the products the business can provide their client.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, in order to work closely with their clients on their business’s requirements.
  • Work with Account Managers to define value and provide in depth propositions and project delivery.
  • Active participation in scoping and executing client Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Collaborative working with internal teams (technology, logistics, professional services, etc.) to help design and communicate best-fit solutions.
  • Understand and participate in performance management processes.
  • Work with Delivery Consultants to design ad-hoc, innovative solutions.

The Candidate

The successful Lead Solutions Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Solutions Consulting/Presales role working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Show strong tenure under previous employment, demonstrating clear and successful progression.
  • Experience working in the RegTech sector or understanding of RegTech.
  • Experience working with large Financial Institutions, delivering tailored enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to work as an individual and own a territory and function in the sales process and manage that directly yourself.
  • Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of API’s and Customer Data Infrastructure.
