Manager, Client Solutions & Delivery, EMEA – Native Advertising SaaS – London

The Company

A market-leading SaaS solution, with a fantastic enterprise client base are growing rapidly within the EMEA market. A total of $155m+ of funding over the last 10 years has put them in an extremely strong position as a genuine market leader in advertising and marketing SaaS solutions. On the cusp of being valued at $1bn this year, growth plans for the Professional Services team in EMEA has proven to be the most crucial for the rest of 2019.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Manager of Solutions Consulting and Delivery; a leader in Digital Marketing/Advertising technology and a true evangelist. You will be managing a team of 15 solution delivery specialists including team leaders and line managers, with the goal to nearly double in size by the end of this year.

You will have the ability to coach and mentor a high-performing team that focuses on client satisfaction and build and design of best-use solutions. You will take a data-driven approach to work with key clients, managing KPI’s and drive proactive performance.

  • Manager and scale a high performing team of Solution Delivery Consultants.
  • Develop relationships with Account Management, Sales Management and Regional Directors of EMEA region, work hand in hand with the business management team.
  • Monitor key KPI’s and report on operational activities including time to launch, partner satisfaction, efficiency, quality etc.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with Key Enterprise Accounts.
  • Ability to coach, train and develop people in their Professional and personal ambitions.
  • Coaching the team to deliver optimal services to our clients whilst getting hands-on with our largest deployments.
  • Driving proactive, high-quality communication between the teams and our customers, including managing escalations if required.
  • Encouraging an inquisitive learning environment to ensure the team implements improvements based on industry best-practices and project retrospectives.
  • Overseeing, reviewing and contributing to RFPs, RFIs, SOWs and other sales-related documents.

The Candidate

The successful Manager, Client Solutions and Delivery, EMEA will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years in a Manager, VP or Director level position managing and scaling a team of Solution Managers, Implementation Consultants or Technical Consultants
  • 5+ previous years in a technical consultant capacity (Pre-Sales, Implementation, Solution Architect).
  • Bachelor’s degree required (ideally within computer science or a relevant field).
  • Preferably, regularly experienced with Advertising solutions or MarTech SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive team performance and lead a successful business unit, across multiple offices.
  • Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in Integrations involving Client-Server, Server-Server environments. Familiarity with client coding JavaScript/Mobile SDK.
  • Comfortable with web technologies such as HTML, CSS or jQuery.
