A FinTech 100 client, who provide banks with digital banking solutions to improve engagement with customers, are looking for a Presales Consultant to join the team.

Our client has recently won awards at Finovate. Alongside this, the Commercial Director speaks at regular industry events as a keynote speaker. They will provide an outstanding platform to be working alongside some true FinTech experts to develop your FinTech career.

As a Presales Consultant in this innovative organisation, you will be responsible for working with your colleagues to manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle, as well as helping to ensure customer satisfaction. Their solutions have API-based architecture allowing for seamless integration with their banking clients.

Whilst the role is primarily based in their UK head office in Winchester, there is option for home-working 2-3 days per week.

You can expect travel throughout Europe within the role, traveling to client sites as well as other European offices of this leading FinTech.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales presentations, proposals and demonstrations and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software
  • Provide technical advice and support to sales team and customers
  • Advising on software features
  • Help to identify and develop new business through networking
  • Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFPs/ RFQs/RFIs
  • Communicate customer feedback
  • Help marketing with sales literature and through attending industry events

Requirements

  • Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience working as a Pre-Sales Engineer ideally in the Digital Banking or Fintech industry
  • Possess a deep understanding of application servers, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and the application workflow lifecycle
  • Must be able to present himself/herself in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
