Senior Project Manager – Social Customer Experience SaaS – London

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, to join their ever-growing team here in London. This person will be focused around successful implementation and adoption of the platform, for their customers. You will be working alongside solutions consultants, designers and analytics experts, whilst delivering into enterprise level customers.

You will be tasked on delivery of projects, acting as a bridge across multiple internal and external stakeholders, bringing the whole customer journey together in a cohesive manner.

• Own and manage a portfolio consisting of 5-6 major accounts; controlling project scope, change control processes, risks/ issues and mitigation plans.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring appropriate delivery of the platform.
• Partner with consulting teams, leaders and other internal departments or regional teams to coordinate and drive delivery.
• Ensure that all project/program risks, issues and change requests are managed effectively.

The Candidate

The successful Senior Project Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of client management experience, being able to work closely with c-suite clients.
• Need to have managed long-term, large budget projects with in IT, SaaS, Social or Software environments.
• Experience working on large scale project management, through leading multi-organisational initiatives.
• Drive team accountability to reach team and delivery goals.
• Have the ability to identify and resolve key issues and manage risk, whilst developing detailed specifications and perform resource allocations.
• Have assumed responsibility in a senior leadership position in managing a project with an enterprise account.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems with swift timing and to an effective manner.
