Project Manager (German Speaking) – Social Customer Experience SaaS – Hamburg

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to join their ever-growing team here in London, focusing on the DACH market. This person will be focused around successful implementation and adoption of the platform, for their customers in Germany and the UK. You will be working alongside solutions consultants, designers and analytics experts, whilst delivering into enterprise level customers.

You will be tasked on delivery of projects, acting as a bridge across multiple internal and external stakeholders, bringing the whole customer journey together in a cohesive manner.

• Own and manage a portfolio consisting of 12-20 accounts; controlling project scope, change control processes, risks/ issues and mitigation plans.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholder to coordinate and drive delivery.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Be able to develop strong, meaningful and realistic project plans and high-level solutions, from your deeper knowledge of the platform.
• Strive for quality through aspects of solution delivery.
• Ensure that all project/program risks, issues and change requests are managed effectively.

The Candidate

The successful Senior Project Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of client management experience, being able to work closely with c-suite clients.
• Fluent or Native German speaker, as well as English.
• Need to have managed long-term, large budget projects with in IT, SaaS, Social or Software environments.
• Experience working on large scale project management, through leading multi-organisational/multi-cultural initiatives.
• Drive team accountability to reach team and delivery goals.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
• Have assumed responsibility in a senior leadership position in managing a project with an enterprise account.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems with swift timing and to an effective manner.
