Their customer base is corporate including professional services, legal and consultancy organisations who are all going undergoing significant digital transformation. The Role:

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for a Sales Engineer. You will be focused on partnering the UK new business team on creating, developing and opening new opportunities, by being the technology advocate.

  • Qualifying a client’s needs based on driving factors and a business’s pain points.
  • Identifying and putting together a trusted solution based around the products the business can provide their client.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, in order to work closely with their clients on their businesses requirements.
  • Work with Account Managers to define value and provide in depth propositions and project delivery.
  • Active participation in scoping and executing client Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Collaborative working with internal teams (technology, logistics, professional services, etc.) to help design and communicate best-fit solutions.
  • Understand and participate in performance management processes.
  • Work with Delivery Consultants to design ad-hoc, innovative solutions.

The Candidate

The successful Senior Pre-Sales Consultant will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in solutions consulting/ sales engineering for complex enterprise solutions, more specifically within digital marketing.
  • Strong relationship building and client facing skills.
  • Understanding of web-based applications and SaaS technologies.
  • Logical approach to delivery and working on client’s requirements, to realise how they align with the company’s current proposition.
  • Have worked previously on global requirements within industries such as professional services, legal or government.
  • Good understanding of the SaaS market, Ideally within data solutions.
