Business teams need custom apps, dashboards, admin panels, and other internal tools to run critical operations. Rather than build from scratch, developers can use this tech to build powerful tools, faster.

Founded in 2017, San Fran. Series C ($95m invested altogether), Valued at 1.85bn, Backed by world-class investors – YCombinator, Sequoia, individual investors including Stripe brothers, Elad Gil and others.

The founder takes a different approach to funding, given their incredible revenue numbers, instead of receiving huge amounts of investment resulting in dilution, the plan is to keep the equity in the hands of the employees.

After huge success in the states with some household names using their technology (Amazon, Brex, Plaid, NBC), they are expanding into EMEA and looking to expand their Sales Engineering team.

Role:

Your workday will never be boring. You’ll dive deep with prospects to understand their technical environment and their business goals. You’ll create and deliver demos, build apps with prospects, answer technical questions, and manage the technical close throughout the sales cycle. You’ll partner with our sales leads as needed, particularly on enterprise deals, and we’ll look to you to help build new processes and programs to help our sales team meet and exceed quota.

You’ll join our team of sales engineers, account executives, and our SDR team. You’ll dive into sales forecasting meetings, partner with our sales leads to close deals, and work cross-functionally with the rest of the go-to-market team.

About you:

  • An enthusiastic, strong, technical generalist
  • A background in computer science or a related field
  • Technical experience in a professional environment, ideally a start-up
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, various no-SQL databases, APIs, etc.
  • Comfort exploring codebase (React / Node)
  • Previous experience talking with customers and solving their problems
  • Ability to think on your feet, and solve problems during calls with technical customers
