The Role

Thanks to continued growth and innovation across the marketing technology industry, as well as continued demand from their customer base, a newly created and very exciting role has arisen for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join the team in London. Engaging with enterprise customers and prospects at a strategic level, the Senior Pre-Sales Consultant will play a key role in supporting new revenue streams focussed on enterprise marketing technology platforms:

• Take ownership of a key growth area amongst a high-achieving team, working at the cutting-edge of eCommerce and marketing technology with Global Enterprise Brands
• Working in a multi-platform services & agency environment, acting as the interface between customer, internal teams and partners to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution
• Provide technical leadership to prospects and customers to help them understand advantages of various platforms and solutions to meet their business needs including providing technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concept delivery, etc
• Provide strategic insight into our services and our potential prospect’s and partner’s technical and business challenges

The successful Pre-Sales Consultant will bring a fresh approach and energy to the team most likely having previously worked in a software vendor, digital agency or consultancy environment:

• Previous experience in an enterprise pre-sales capacity as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect or similar
• Multi-platform knowledge across enterprise marketing cloud or commerce platforms within the Salesforce or Adobe ecosystem. In particular, knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore or similar would be of interest
• A good appreciation of online/digital customer experience with a creative mind for innovative projects such as augmented reality or virtual reality
• Strategic & naturally customer-facing individual who is able to build trusted relationships with senior level stakeholders
• Strong desire to work in a dynamic growth environment where you will be responsible for driving new solutions within enterprise environments
