Senior Technical Project Manager

Their solution combines the data unification and customer insight of a CDP with a cross-channel marketing orchestration platform, letting retail marketers easily and efficiently create experiences their customers love across email, mobile, on-site, social, direct mail, and more. They are trusted by the fastest-growing retail brands in the world such as MADE.com, Hotel Chocolate, Pepe Jeans and Feel unique. My client’s team is in excess of 100 employees based in London, New York, and Southampton and has raised £25m++ from leading venture capital funds across the world such as Octopus Ventures.

Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be Joining the growing Professional Services department, you will be coordinating the technical on-boarding of their platform, as well as managing existing client projects (including enterprise customers) There projects team is very hands-on and you will get involved with the technical side of integration projects, including debugging data flows and API integration’s.

Day to day you will prepare and present detailed project and integration plans with timelines and deliverables to clients and ensure that internal teams are aligned on the plan. You will be the main point of contact, guiding them through their responsibilities in the process as well as coordinating internal teams; liaising with Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.

Requirements

You have proven experience managing multiple technical projects – with knowledge of:

• API integration with REST API and experience of Postman
• JavaScript tagging
• Database concepts and data design
• Debugging data flows
• Experience running complex projects for enterprise customers managing multiple stakeholders at one time
• You have exceptional writing skills and can communicate technical information in a clear, concise way to a variety of stakeholders – from CMOs to Developers.
• You know how to make clients happy and go out of your way to do so.
• Organised You are able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time, and can both prepare and execute very detailed project plans.
• Technical Skills You’re comfortable working with big data sets and are able to manipulate these to pull interesting insights using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.
• You also have experience with APIs, JSON, and Javascript.
