Solution Architect – Social Customer Experience SaaS – London

The Role

You will be one of two Solution Architect’s running the EMEA region, working with clients as the primary technology and subject matter expert. You will be able to build trust and display knowledge of technology and industry, making sure the client is comfortable with all levels of platform use.

  • To identify key areas for integration of existing and new customer platforms, through qualifying of custom solutions, allowing full functionality of platform.
  • Working not only in a post-sales capacity but also in a pre-sales capacity, with existing clients and new business prospects.
  • Act as an interface between internal product teams and customers using the platform, to improve quality and ease of use.
  • Expert in SaaS technologies, especially working with Marketing departments to best utilize the platform.
  • Engage in integration and API discussions around promoting the wider portfolio of products.
  • Up to 40% travel.

The Candidate

The successful Solution Architect will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Solution Architecture role role, working with SaaS technologies, specifically in Digital Marketing or Cloud.
  • Previous experience managing integration projects (e.g. API, Databases etc)
  • Deep knowledge of ETL processing principles.
  • Hands on experience with programming language and web technologies.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects with multiple clients across the whole sales cycle.
