Solutions Consultant, EMEA – eCommerce Fraud Prevention – London

Our client is on a mission to eliminate fraud within the world of ecommerce with a backing of over $100m. Since inception this decade, they have been innovating fraud detection technology through machine learning combined with advanced cyber intelligence with behavioural and identity analysis.

Founded by former militant Cyber Security professionals, they have since grown to 200 people globally.

With employees in locations in the UK, USA, Singapore and Israel, their rapid growth has largely been down to the ability to increase sales and reduce chargebacks at scale. This has enabled the company to sign up many of the largest e-commerce merchants and online travel agencies in the world.

The Role

They are now seeking their first Solutions Consultant covering the EMEA region, working directly alongside the GM, EMEA. This will person will be at the forefront of business development strategy, Presales and delivery, with the view of building a team around this person in the mid-to-long term future.

  • Qualifying a client’s needs based on driving factors and a business’s pain points.
  • Identifying and putting together a trusted solution based around the products the business can provide their client.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, in order to work closely with their clients on their business’s requirements.
  • Work with Account Managers to define value and provide in depth propositions and project delivery.
  • Active participation in scoping and executing client Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Collaborative working with internal teams (technology, logistics, professional services, etc.) to help design and communicate best-fit solutions.
  • Understand and participate in performance management processes.
  • Work with Delivery Consultants to design ad-hoc, innovative solutions.

The Candidate

The successful Solutions Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
  • Hands on experience with API integrations.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple stakeholders in Finance, eCommerce, Digital and Technology.
  • Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Background in eCommerce, FinTech or Fraud Prevention SaaS solutions.
  • Comfortable with web technologies such as HTML, CSS or jQuery.
  • Experience in multiple verticals desired with a preference for eCommerce, Travel and Retail.
