A market-leading SaaS solution, with a fantastic enterprise client base are growing rapidly within the EMEA market, requiring a need for a Solutions Engineer. A total of $155m+ of funding over the last 10 years has put them in an extremely strong position within the market as a genuine leader in advertising and marketing SaaS solutions.

A global brand serving 1.3bn unique visitors each month to the largest publishers and brands direct across the world, including NBC News, BBC and USA Today.

The Role

They are looking for a hungry, talented professional in solutions consulting, someone who is just as comfortable with web development (previous web development experience a plus), as they are with consulting and working with clients on campaigns and training of the solution, tailored to the client’s requirements.

This is an opportunity to play an integral role in working with customers and new business prospects closely on a technical level. You will be essentially optimising client performances by indicating potential opportunities of incremental revenue and adding value to the client success process.

You will be tasked on providing solutions using creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

  • To identify key areas for integration of existing customers platform, through qualifying of custom solutions, allowing full functionality of platform.
  • Consult with the client’s external teams as well as consulting with internal teams in Professional Services and Product.
  • Research, design and implement a complex solution.
  • Provide ideas and recommendations, following industry trends, in order to assist product and processes.
  • Comprehension of data in order to identify opportunities and abnormal trends in order to grow revenue and performance.
  • Assist in the creation and modification of customer user interfaces.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting, including DB analysis and reading system logs to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Provided guidance to customers who are implementing solutions using the API.

The Candidate

The successful Solutions Engineer will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 1+ years in a technical consultant capacity (Pre-Sales, Implementation, Solution Architect).
  • Ideally coming from a junior web developer background, with strong knowledge in either: HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (ideally within computer science or a relevant field).
  • Preferably, experienced with Advertising solutions or MarTech SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies within an exciting, growing market.
