Solutions Engineer

Are you interested in Regtech and being a key hire as a Solutions Engineer in a seed-funded start-up?

Our client work with challenger banks, neo-banks, FinTechs and more to provide businesses the technological tools to automate and digitalise onboarding, verification and management of customers in real time.

As Solutions Engineer, you’ll combine your technical knowledge and customer facing skills to support the sales team and effectively identify and develop solutions for the customers.

The role:

• Work with Sales to understand the critical problems customers are trying to solve
• Provide support for technical questions as part of the pre-sales process
• Providing demos to customers
• Develop and produce resources to support the sales process
• Working closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams

What your experience would ideally look like:

• Commercially and data focussed
• Have 2+ years in a Pre-sales or Solutions Engineer type position with experience handling complex API integrations
• A disciplined project management approach and ability to deliver against deadlines
• An ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with highly technical individuals
• Superb verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills – you’ll be comfortable presenting to large groups of people
