Solutions Manager

Picture this: A Unicorn status FinTech (company valuation of $1bn) are growing out their Post Sales team in the European London HQ. One of the fastest growing FinTech start-ups in APAC with 200 people across 8 offices, funding of $200m and they’re launching into Europe in London now.

Our client is looking to grow out their team in the UK to expand their European client post sales team due to securing Enterprise contracts. As Solutions Manager, you will be working with the clients engineering teams to integrate the APIs either on site or remotely to payment providers, e-commerce and travel clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales discovery workshops and provide technical support to customer’s working closely with internal Business Development teams
• Project manage implementation of the product in person and provide remote assistance
• Produce pre-sales documentations such as solution proposals and Statements of Work
• Develop strong relationships with internal Business Development teams, Marketing, Engineering across the global offices
• Managing deals with enterprise scale clients working closely with product and technical teams

Your experience:

• 5+ years’ experience selling to enterprise clients within FinTech sales (ideally payments) selling into e-commerce, travel or payment gateways, PSPs etc.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in over-achieving sales targets
• Experienced knowledge of Web Services, Json, HTML/HTTP;
• Understand at least one of the major programming languages (PHP, Java, C++, ASP, C#, Python);
