Subject Matter Expert (Fraud)

Salt are leading the search for a Fraud Subject Matter Expert (‘SME’) for a rapidly expanding customer experience and financial crime prevention company. The Role

• Providing thought leadership on industry trends, challenges, and the outlook for fraud solutions in the marketplace
• Advising on strategic priorities and product solutions content, participating in product planning
• Creating fraud-centred business requirements documents, working closely with clients and internal teams
• Supporting sales teams, participating in sales/presales meetings
• Supporting BAs in creating detailed technical specifications
• Helping out with go to market activities – marketing collateral, writing industry blogs/white papers/articles, attending analyst briefings and webinars
• Creating content for sales demos and presentations
• Help with responding to RFIs and RFPs
• Supporting implementation teams and special projects as a fraud SME
• Training and development of sales and other internal teams

About You

• 3-5 years’ experience in fraud and authentication products
• Knowledge of payments and banking
• Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with great technical acumen
• Strong ability to multitask, with strong attention to detail
