Onboarding Manager

The company:

An exciting new PSP in the market has built a product which is changing payments within the financial services sector! This company solely focuses on the lending, debt collection and FinTech space!

The Role:

  • You will be the point of contact for customers when guiding them through the process, helping with all technical queries
  • You will be responsible for all inbound support queries, via email, for both the new and existing customers
  • You will need to be a payments expert as you will be required to provide advice on payment processing to both new and existing customers
  • This role will require you to act proactively and quickly when resolving technical issues
  • Record all merchant details and accounts on internal systems

Your Profile:

  • You will need a payments background and the understanding of payment lifecycle
  • Having had experience in a customer facing role within a PSP
  • Technical understanding of merchant onboarding
  • Highly analytical

Additional Experience:

  • Having worked in a pre-sales role would be very beneficial
  • Having had exposure to different stages of the product lifecycle would be a distinct advantage
