Technical Services Consultant – Social Customer Experience SaaS -London

The Company

The Role

They are looking for an experience professional in technical solutions, someone who can act as an evangelist for the product, working closely with new and existing clientele on projects involving the platform. This is an opportunity to play an integral role in onboarding customers and optimising configurations for clients.

Essentially, you will ensure that every client derives the most value from the platform.

  • Manage onboarding and implementations for new and existing clients.
  • Understand and maintain platform relevancy, to keep up with client requirements and business changes.
  • Identify platform gaps, being able to design and configure the appropriate solution to fulfil client’s needs.
  • Ensure all relevant external stakeholders are trained and educated on the most up to date version of the platform and the solution it provides.
  • Assist sales and success teams to provide client feedback.
  • Ensure optimal client service.

The Candidate

The successful Technical Services Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years in a software deployment/implementation role within the MarTech SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
  • Decisive, quick thinking, reliable, and likes to take ownership.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Extremely strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Competency working in a highly matrixed organisation.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship building skills.
  • Takes the initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several projects at any one time.
