The Role

They are looking for an experienced Technology Consultant; someone who is just as comfortable with SaaS technology or Digital Analytics as they are with consulting and working with clients on campaigns and training of the solution, tailored to the client’s requirements. This is an opportunity to play an integral role in optimising the client and delivering a seamless end-to-end solution.

You will be the first and only Technology Solutions Consultant based in Berlin, focusing on the DACH region as the primary evangelist for the platform.

You will be tasked on providing solutions using creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

• To identify key areas for integration of existing customers platform, through qualifying of custom solutions, allowing full functionality of platform.
• Consult with the client’s external teams as well as consulting with internal teams in Professional Services and Product.
• Research, design and implement a complex MarTech solution.
• Provide ideas and recommendations, following industry trends, in order to assist product and processes.
• Support clients on improvements to websites, commerce marketplaces or mobile apps through A/B tests to enhance customer experience and raise conversion rates for customers.

• Tailor specific marketing uses cases.
• Be able to consult with various stakeholders within the business on best use of their digital marketing campaigns, using the data the platform derives.

The Candidate

The successful Technology Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years in a technical consultant capacity (Pre-Sales, Implementation, Solution Architect).
• Frontend experience with web technologies such as HTML, XML, Javascript or jQuery. Backend experience (Python, PHP, SQL) is a bonus.
• Fluent German speaking.
• Ability to understand and actively use analytical concepts to map out customer business goals.
• Experience in emerging sectors such as BI, marketing automation, customer segmentation, attribution modelling or A/B testing.
• Being able to ensure campaign delivery effectively, using the platform, by coaching and onboarding clients.
• Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
• Attention to detail.
• Preferred background in SaaS, ideally within the MarTech/AdTech space.
