Senior Solutions Consultant – Mobile and Web analytics SaaS – London, United Kingdom

The Company

One of the coolest, fastest-growing mobile and web analytics start-ups, are now expanding in their Amsterdam office! Their best of breed SaaS solution provides unique data insights across mobile and web functions for a number of key clients across the globe, such as Adidas, Booking.com and Hubspot. More recently, they have received a significant round of funding that is being pumped in to their global expansion, backed by many experienced investors, in the MarTech Start-Up industry.

The Role

The UK is an emerging market for these guys, and the main goal for 2018 is to grow out the UK office to a market leader in the mobile and web analytics space. Your primary objective will be to assist the new business drive acting as a sales engineer, but also acting across post-sales (implementation, onboarding, training). As an early employee in London, this role has a huge opportunity for impact!

• To identify key areas for integration of existing customers platform, through qualifying of custom solutions, allowing full functionality of platform.
• Working not only in a post-sales capacity but also in a pre-sales capacity, with existing clients and new business prospects.
• Act as an interface between internal product teams and customers using the platform, to improve quality and ease of use.
• Expert in SaaS technologies, especially working with Marketing departments to best utilize the platform.

The Candidate

The successful Senior Solutions Consultant will possess the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in post-sales, client facing role, working with SaaS technologies, specifically in Digital Marketing or Cloud.
• Strong commercial skills, being able to communicate effectively with c-suite clients.
• Previous experience managing integration projects (e.g. API, Databases etc)
• Deep knowledge of ETL processing principles.
• Hands on experience with programming language and web technologies.
• You are able to manage multiple projects with multiple clients across the whole sales cycle.
