Commercial Director

We have partnered with a leading Web and App development agency looking to hire a Commercial and Operations Director who is passionate, inspiring and a forward-thinking leader.

This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career as a Commercial Director who will provide excellent strategic leadership and assume responsibility for the successful leadership and management of the businesses both in the UK and India.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would have extensive commercial experience either in e-commerce, preferably working at least one of the following platforms as Adobe Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Big Commerce or would have worked in SaaS technology sector, working with web and mobile applications.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for both businesses in UK and India
• Plan cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Achieve both revenue and profitability goals for the business
• Monthly Business Development Forecasting (Leads, Opportunities, Price, Gross Margin)
• Help identify technology trends.
