Great opportunity to create a team from scratch within a large well-funded corporate.

The solutions which are currently used as part of service offering have been very well received by their existing loyal customers so they have decided to create a team to take the solution to market as a stand-alone product with its own sales team.

This multi-national team will be based in London and initially sell to the UKI, Benelux, Nordics and DACH.

We are looking for someone that has managed a multi- national sales team and has experience of recruiting and on boarding 5-10 sales executives, working with senior execs on go to market plans, commission plans, sales tools, target and KPI setting, coaching and performance management etc.
