This is a new role for a fast growing, heavily funded HR SaaS platform. The role of the Head of Account Management position, you will be managing and developing an existing and successful account management function of 5 people, your team will have full responsibility for the renewals, upsell/Cross-sell quota for the UK + EMEA territory. You will be representing an award-winning portfolio of clients and helping expand these in to the EMEA region.
We are interested in hearing from sales leaders with:
– B2B SaaS company, ideally someone who has been instrumental in growth of a AM team within a start-up
– Data-driven, analytical thinking
– Coaching and developing – also hiring talented individuals to join the team.
– Software or SaaS sales leadership, ideally within a HR platform or a SaaS subscription model.
Depending on experience, the package for this Head of Account Management role will be in the region of £80,000-£110,000 basic salary + 30% – Uncapped OTE. You will also receive a competitive benefits package along with share options
