I have a brand-new role at a leading worldwide leading prepaid payments processor, offering payment and distribution services to approximately 306,000 retailers in 33 countries! This is the largest loyalty programme that I work with, and they are looking to scale the business even further, globally.

This client supplies a wide range of electronic products from many of the coolest prepaid brands to the largest and well-known retailers globally.

I am looking for an experienced leader who will drive strategy, lead a team as well as manage strategic partnerships with clients and brands.

Your tasks

  • Work closely with field sales to ensure teams are fully trained on all opportunities and objectives related to key account brands. This requirement will involve attending retailer meetings to fully understand the retailer’s objectives and to liaise with the content provider to meet these objectives.
  • Liaise between countries and key account content providers, escalating issues and ensuring retail acceptance, promotional activity, effective merchandising/promotion, and proper levels of provider funding to offset costs.
  • Meet an aggregated target (this target is rolled up from each individual country target) for number of doors/key retailers implemented/contribution margin earned from global products.
  • Focus on sales development and new business ideas including direct top up/cash load, new form factors, new geographies and digital channel development
  • Business development of value added services including marketing services, merchandising, logistics, card production, promotions platform, renewals, bundling, bonus codes, digital support and data management
  • Improving the relationship and collaboration across each brand organisation, including development of top to top executive relationships in the brand’s organisation
  • Drive new retail opportunities including new retailer launches, new digital channel expansion and geographic expansion
  • Dashboard, sales analysis and brand performance tracking
  • Brand contract management and approval
  • Special projects as directed by Managing Director

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager/Leader within a complex business.
  • University Degree at Bachelor’s level or above
  • At least 5 years’ of experience in technology-related product management, sales/account management and/or consulting
  • Multinational experience desirable
  • Self-motivated and ability to work/travel independently
