Head of Mass Market – CEE

• Manages the Polish mass market activities (Direct-Sales/Telesales, Digital Sales and Sales Force)
• Develops the Mass Market Junior Sales Force and drives the defined mass market sales strategy incl. digital sales and campaign management
• Establishes a productive and professional attitude in the mass market sales team
• Coordinates and ensures mass market sales performance on the basis of continuous staff coaching (regular sessions and individual training on the job)
• Establishes and controls productive and professional workflows
• Sells to end users and ensures and maintains a direct and strong client relationship in the mass market segment
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives in assigned mass market segment
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on a regular and ongoing basis
• Manages potential conflicts with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
• Participates on trade fairs and conferences

Accountabilities and performance measurements:

• Achieves assigned sales targets in designated mass market segment
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability on the basis of a valid, weekly updated sales pipeline
• Maintains high merchants and staff satisfaction ratings
• Adheres to internal policies, competencies and SLAs
• Completes required trainings and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Economics or comparable commercial education
• Minimum of five years of management experience within the payment industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Self-motivated and goal oriented, able to handle stressful situations and failure
• Strong sales orientation – driven by results – and commercial awareness
• Excellent motivation skills to drive Mass Market Sales
• Fluent in Polish and English
