Backed by very credible VC’s – Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator. Furthermore, they are one of the fastest growing SaaS companies reaching 100m ARR in 20 months, super impressive and show no signs of slowing down.

They champions remote work, they help companies hire anyone, anywhere legally and compliantly either as a contractor or full-time employee allowing companies access to an international talent pool whilst managing their payroll. The role is working fully remote, meaning you can be based anywhere in EMEA.

They are on the hunt for a Head of Mid Market EMEA to drive forward expansion.

The Role:

  • You will inherit a team of 22 Reps and 5 Sales Managers covering EMEA
  • Involved in all recruitment to scaling the team to 50 in the next couple of years.
  • Coaching and Leading by example
  • Developing sales playbook and implementing new processes

About you:

  • At least 3+ years leading large sales teams across the midmarket segment
  • Experience in a startup/scaleup enviroment.
  • HR/Payroll experience (desired) but not required.
