Founded in 2012, the CEO of my client has built this business from his bedroom, to 140 staff in the UK and plans to open a new office in New York very soon.

They are an all-in-one eCommerce providing an all-in-one back-end solution for software vendors, whether it be handling payments, customer sign-ups, or subscriptions, from one centralised platform. They are a one stop shop for software companies, helping them to run and grow their business.

The Role:

Due to some recent funding, they are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to join their team in London, to manage a team of 8-10 Mid-Market account Executives, driving revenue and exceeding sales targets in order to help propel the business further. You will also grow and develop the team of Account Executives, coaching them to being a stellar team, as well as recruit, on-board and train new members of your team.

About You:

• You will have experience managing a similar sized team of sales professionals in another SaaS business.
• You will have previous experience managing sales cycles in SaaS, building and maintaining pipeline selling to Enterprise clients.
• You will be a great leader, and have the ability to nurture others in order to bring the best out of them.
• You will have had experience hiring and training new sales representatives.
