Are you ready to take a step up into a leadership position?

Salt are very exciting to be retained by an exciting SAAS Marketing Technology platform who are looking to hire a Sales Director to help spearhead the growth of the business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, You will be tasked with bringing on new clients whilst playing a key strategic role in deciding the growth of the business (hiring SDRs, Account Execs etc)

The product is a market leading platform that helps brands to edit and localise any creative content saving their clients substantial amounts of money..

You will have…

  • proven history of winning and closing new clients in SAAS (MarTech preferable)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills including the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and an ability to track, manage and effectively communicate sales performance to various key stakeholders
  • Motivated self-starter who can hit the ground running that inspires fellow team members toward positive outcomes aligned with the organisation’s culture

You will help…

  • The ability to clearly define and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to drive new business revenue
  • Establishing the strategic (ABM) and tactical plans required in identifying, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities on ambitious growth targets
  • Spearheading new relationships with channel partners, ensuring they understand our solutions and that they are driving new business leads into our organisation
  • Working closely with the marketing team and product team to strategise, develop and implement sales led marketing tactics
  • Develop a high-performing scalable sales culture, with both a competitive and collaborative mindset
  • Drive revenues and present monthly and quarterly results to the business
  • Establish and nurture partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
  • Remove blockers, relentlessly drive for improvement and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced scale-up environment, getting things done quickly
