The Role

The Head of Sales & Customer Service will inherit a small and growing sales & account management team. Responsible for rapidly growing the team headcount and setting the strategy, this role will work closely with the senior leadership team on the overall go to market strategy.

The Head of Sales will be a forward-thinking and innovative person with a clear vision for your business unit, combined with the practical experience to formulate and execute on the sales/contact centre and customer service strategy.

Your Profile

The Head of Sales will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role as Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, Contact Centre Manager or similar
  • An understanding of how to structure and quickly scale your team with examples of successful strategies you have previously implemented
  • Previous roles in a high growth, disruptive business. Industry experience could include: Online Marketplaces, eCommerce, FinTech, Comparison Sites, Ratings & Reviews, Travel Sites, Dot Coms
  • Know-how to define a sales proposition – what it is, how to do it, how it is communicated
  • Experience selecting and implementing scalable processes, systems and tools to ensure success
  • At ease hiring, onboarding and mentoring high achieving sales and account management teams
