My client are doing exactly this, using market leading AI technology. They are changing the way businesses manage their delivery operations, improving overall customer experience whilst saving the business money and positively impacting the environment. So everybody wins.

The business are UK based, and have just raised £3mil. This money is being used for growth of the team, and to start with, they need someone to head up and grow the sales team.

The role:

• To start with this will be a new business role, bringing on new Enterprise and SME customers
• With an existing SDR you’ll help manage and close new sales
• You’ll then be growing out a team, hiring SDRs and Account Executives to get this company to where it needs to be.

You’ll need to demonstrate you have:

• 4-5+ years of previous enterprise SAAS sales experience
• A network in retail preferably
• Prior experience in software or technology sales
• Management experience of a small team
• Culture is massively important, we need someone who cares about the environment and WANTS to make an impact
• Outstanding listening, communication, and negotiation skills
