Inside Sales Manager

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join this Global Marketplace Leader! They have plans to double growth, backed by significant investment and a robust strategic plan. You’d be joining them at a very exciting time that opens up new opportunities for them to capitalise on.

The Role:

  • Leading and growing the Inside Sales team, helping them achieve their ambitious growth plans
  • Convert clients to the new proposition while retraining business and providing an outstanding experience to their dealers

About You:

  • Several years’ management experience
  • A proven track record of training, mentoring and coaching a team of sales professionals
  • Ability to build rapport effortlessly
  • A high level of emotional intelligence
  • A strong understanding of key metrics so that performance indicators can be utilised to further enhance the daily sales effort and continually improve performance of your team
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
