A high-growth SaaS business with a global presence who are rapidly hiring. Recognised as a serious challenger and disruptor to their industry, they have recently raised a significant series A funding round and are going from strength to strength.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for a BDR Manager to lead the inside sales function from their London office. Currently a team of 5 and growing fast, this is a critical role in enabling the business to achieve continued growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
  • Recruit, onboard and build a team of top performing sales development reps
  • Coach, support and train your team in sales methodologies to improve qualification processes
  • Work with your team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitches
  • Inspire, lead and create a positive and high performance culture and sales environment
  • Own your teams metrics & performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on Salesforce and report upwards as appropriate

You

The successful BDR/Inside Sales Manager will naturally have a proven aptitude for sales and high performance cultures and will most likely bring the following skills/experience:

  • Proven experience leading a fast-paced inside sales team of SDRs, BDRs, ADRs, Inside Sales execs or similar
  • Experience working for a growth SaaS business selling to SMB and mid-market customers would be beneficial
  • You are an advocate for numbers and metrics in managing a sales team and can intelligently identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to inspire trust and confidence in order to coach and develop your team
  • Passionate about delivering excellence and excited by the challenge of working for a business with ambitious growth targets
