SMB Manager – EMEA

Europe Permanent €80000.00 - €100000.00 per annum

My client is a leading scale-up hotel software business looking for someone to spearhead the SMB sales team across the EMEA markets. As they continue to grow the number of direct reports will increase as too will the seniority of the position. You will inherit a team of 8 sales managers who are based across the UK, US, Germany and Spain.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating the Sales Manager’s team and ensuring their monthly performance goals are met and exceeded. Playing an integral part in the team you must ensure the team’s effort and performance are running smoothly, ensuring that the SMB team members are hitting the monthly and annual quotas. In addition, you’ll need to be proactive and be able to step in and take the lead when necessary.

Requirement

  • Must have previous experience in managing a team
  • Previously worked in Hotel/Hostel Sales and Hospitality Software Sales
  • Highly motivated, structured and organised.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
