The role:

Account Executive – French speaker

My client is looking for a talented hunter sales person to work across various regions around the world but being based from Paris. Ideally, the right candidate would be a mid-career sales professional that have experience working with leading banks around the world. You will be closing €1million + deals! They have an innovation, ‘team player’, can-do culture. This role will allow you to work in a flexible, informal and fast-paced working environment. You will also have the opportunity to travel, see the world and give you an exceptional platform to grow as a sales professional.

  • You will carry your own sales quota within one of the regional sales teams
  • You will be required to develop and convert new prospects into successful and happy customers
  • This role will require you to work closely with the lead gen (specifically on pipeline management)specialists, pre-sales consultants (specifically on RFPs, deep dives, pitches and POCs) and professional services organisation
  • Manage day-to-day partnerships with the company and potential/existing customers
  • Develop active partnerships in your specific region that will result in new software business
  • Achieve targets as agreed
  • Within the existing client base, identify new opportunities

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or University degree
  • 5 – 8 years’ relevant sales (hunter); preferably with software / SaaS companies
  • Fluent in French
  • Demonstrable success in managing executive relationships with partners and/or customers
  • Very good understanding of the value of digital and omni-channel customer interactions
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written English
  • Proven successful track record in sales and meeting targets
  • Ability to travel (as this role will require 30%-50%)
