The successful Sales Consultant will possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience of dealing with Tier 1 large FX businesses with an exposure to the foreign exchange market.
- Highly self-motivated and confident.
- Identify and deliver new product development projects.
- Adopt a proven sales technique.
- Possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Adhere and exceed internal KPIs.
- Ability to provide FX structuring support to sales team.
- Will need to have excellent knowledge within the FX space in order to improve FX option processes and discover new opportunities.
Nice to have:
- Experience of structuring and selling FX options.
- Proven experience in business to business and solutions sales.
- IT literate; proficient in CRM, EXCEL and Word.
- Strong influencer, persuader and negotiator.
