Country Manager DACH – Marketing & Advertising Technology Platform – Berlin

The Company

An exciting global business with multi-product advertising and marketing technology solutions. The organisation has been in rapid growth mode since inception and continues to grow from strength to strength in the DACH region.

The Role

Based in Berlin, the Country Manager is a sales leadership opportunity with overall responsibility for the success of the DACH region. Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Berlin office (currently 25 employees), the Country Manager will:

  • Achieve and exceed overall sales revenue targets for the DACH region
  • Implement the global company strategy in Germany, setting a clear vision through your experience of driving sales & strategy in the region
  • Recruit, build, manage and train a superstar sales team
  • Create a great office culture ensuring a high level of team motivation
  • Establish and maintain a strong market leadership presence

You

The Country Manager is first and foremost a sales leadership role, so it is most likely you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience building and scaling sales and commercial teams as a Country Manager, Commercial Director, VP Sales, Sales Director, Head of Sales, Regional Head, Managing Director or similar
  • Knowledge of the marketing & advertising technology industry is not required: your achievements in leading sales teams and establishing winning teams in a B2B technology/SaaS/digital media environment is more important
  • Previous industry experience could include: SaaS, eCommerce, Payments, Digital Marketing, Digital Media
  • You are excited by the opportunity to join an ambitious regional office as part of a global organisation
  • Fluency in German & English required
