Having recently been acquired by an American market leader, this team forms the heart of their European footprint.

Taking over an existing team of 10 – New Business Hunters, Account Managers and Inside Sales.

You will have ultimate responsibility for the sales revenue number; leading sales execution you will be at ease working hand in hand with your team playing a key role in strategic deals.

  • Recruit, build, train, manage and motivate the DACH sales team
  • Establish and maintain a strong market leadership & presence
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plan exceeding performance targets
  • Develop a partner program to support achievement of sales targets

The successful SVP will be a natural sales leader passionate about sales excellence with the following skills & experience:

  • Proven experience and track record of success in SaaS Sales
  • Leadership role as VP Sales, Sales Director or Head of Sales
  • Used to quarterly driven environments
  • Strong qualifier of pipelines
  • Excellent people management
  • Business application background (ERP, SRM, CRM etc) rather than infrastructure / tools
  • Ran teams with ARR deals of €500-€1M
  • Commercial vertical markets including Manufacturing and Life Sciences.
