The Role
In line with their growth, a newly created role has arisen for a VP Sales Global reporting to the CEO. Based in London and responsible for EMEA, US & APAC, the VP Sales will rapidly grow and scale the global sales team:
  • Ultimate responsibility for sales revenue number; leading sales execution you will be at ease working hand in hand with your team playing a key role in strategic deals
  • Recruit, build, train, manage and motivate a global sales team
  • Establish and maintain a strong market leadership & presence
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plan exceeding performance targets
  • Develop a partner program to support achievement of sales targets
The successful VP Global Sales will be a natural sales leader passionate about the marketing technology industry with the following skills & experience:
  • Proven experience and track record of success in a SaaS sales leadership role as VP Sales, Sales Director or Head of Sales
  • It is likely you will have worked for a SaaS marketing technology platform such as marketing automation, email marketing, digital marketing, web analytics or similar
  • Experience building and recruiting sales teams
  • Energetic and ambitious individual with a wealth of ideas on how to take the business forward
  • Excited by the challenge of working for a smaller business with ambitious growth targets
