Head of Sales Operations
London / Hybrid
£90-110,000 Basic + Bonus
The Holy Grail for Sales Ops – Creating a department from scratch.
Great opportunity to build Sales Operations globally in support of the CRO.
This established niche business with a very loyal client base within the Broadcast and Media sector is looking for someone who has experienced building a team and developing their role as the team grows.
Responsibilities will include:
· Work with the leadership team on GTM strategies
· Advise on systems and tools to improve sales efficiencies
· Optimise sales processes and work with the sales team to improve results
· Ensure new starters are enabled and effective with training and onboarding programs
· Work with the finance team on compensation and incentive plans
· Annual planning process including targets and territory plans
· Provide insights (Tableau) to leadership and IC’s on pipeline, sales performance and churn
· Longer term potential CRM migrations and or enhancements to current system
Your experience:
· 8 + years in Sales Operations within the SaaS sector
· Have worked in a high growth company where there is constant change
· The presence to work with big characters and add value
· An expert in analysing the data and communicating these findings to C Suite
· Strong business acumen who is happy to wear many hats in support of the mission
· A stable career history where you have developed an effective and happy team
· Experience of Tableau and good all round Microsoft Office skills
