VP Sales – B2C

I’ve partnered with an exciting InsurTech based in Bristol that is offering Financial Protection products.

Founded in 2013 initially as a marketing and lead generation partner to brokers within the Financial Protection space, in 2019 they went through a rebrand, and acquired 3 insurance companies to pivot the company into an inhouse insurance provider offering:

• Life Insurance
• Income Protection
• Critical Illness

Furthermore, the company very recently had been acquired by a German unicorn InsurTech which aims to become the largest broker in Europe.

An exciting time to join the company given the recent acquisitions and growth trajectory.

The VP of Sales will report to the COO/CEO of the company and will inherit a team of 100 sales advisors, including 6 direct reports. You will play a part in implementing new sales processes, coaching, leading and scaling a high-performing sales team whilst reaching annual targets in the region of £45m.

Requirements:

• 5 years of leadership
• B2C experience
• Hitting targets in the region of £45m
