The Company

An exciting pre-IPO SaaS Technology Vendor with strong financial backing. Their innovative technology is revolutionising the eCommerce industry through its intelligent retail analytics capabilities. An A-Player Leadership Team of retail industry veterans combined with a customer list of Tier 1 Retailers makes this company ‘one-to-watch’ this year!

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and new customer wins, a newly created role has arisen for an Account Director to join the team:

  • Commercial responsibility for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across EMEA
  • Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders at a senior level
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell & upsell opportunities to enable portfolio growth
  • Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy review


The successful Account Director will be naturally commercially-savvy and passionate about the retail eCommerce industry, whilst bringing the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role as an Account Director/Account Manager/Enterprise Sales/Enterprise Customer Success Director or similar
  • Track record of achievement selling enterprise solutions Vs retention; renewal upsells; POV conversions
  • In-depth knowledge of either the Retail or eCommerce industry
  • Strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders up to C-Level, but also commercially-savvy with the aptitude to own the commercial relationship
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced dynamic tech start-up
