Enterprise Sales Executive

I am currently working with one of my clients which is an exciting Fintech/Regtech company in the heart of the City of London. They are developing cutting edge software which is used within the financial services industry in order to help institutions understand and deliver their regulatory requirements efficiently & effectively.
This rapidly growing business regularly features as a top Fintech company, having been selected to be part of the Fintech50 two years in a row and they are looking for an ambitious and determined senior sales person to join their team.

The successful Sales Consultant will possess the following attributes:

  • 10+ years proven experience in selling enterprise software.
  • A history in closing large sized tickets.
  • Adopt a proven sales technique.
  • Possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Adhere and exceed internal KPIs
  • Ability to hit the ground running, working in a start-up environment.
  • Will need to have excellent knowledge within the enterprise market in order to travel the country and find new financial institutions to sell the solution to.

Nice to haves:

  • Sales experience in the Regtech space already.
  • Solution / SaaS sales experience.
  • IT literature; proficient in CRM, Excel and Word.
  • Strong influencer, persuader and negotiator.
