The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the team at an early stage as their first dedicated Partner Manager in the UK. This unique role will build out the partner and channel network from the ground up across digital agencies, consultancies & SIs:

  • Identify new partners to recruit (Consultancies, Digital Agencies & SIs) and onboard them with the platform
  • Enable partners through training and evangelising the platform to win new business
  • Be the primary point of contact for partners throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Work with sales team on closing key deals
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners
  • Achieve revenue targets & goals


The successful Partnerships Manager will be naturally commercially-savvy and passionate about the eCommerce industry, whilst bringing the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role such as Partner Manager, Channel Manager, Alliances Manager or similar
  • Track record of achievement selling enterprise solutions and exceeding individual quota
  • Proven knowledge of the digital agency landscape across the UK including agencies, management consultancies & smaller specialist partners
  • Experience of the Marketing Technology or eCommerce industry strongly desired, you may have worked with SaaS platforms such as: Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Web Analytics, e-Commerce or similar
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced dynamic tech start-up
