Enterprise Architect – Banking / Consulting – Data – Dublin

Enterprise Architect with a Data and Banking focus urgently required to join a leading IT Consultancy firm based in London. In this role the Enterprise Architect will have significant experience in executing large transformation and data migration programs, along with experience across MDM.

As the successful Enterprise Architect – you will need to be able to evidence the following;

• Communicate clearly and effectively with people from technical, business and senior managerial backgrounds including the ability to translate information technology concepts into business language.
• Demonstrate leadership and thought-leadership abilities.
• Demonstrate effectiveness in listening and understanding business objectives and translating this knowledge into architecture- and security-based solutions comprising measures to mitigate identified related risks and requirements.
• Work alongside Client Architects / Cxx Staff in the definition and delivery of projects.
• Visualise, plan and execute any areas of process improvement that increase the efficiency and delivery of a Client’s Enterprise Technology domain capabilities.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of enterprise systems design and operation in multi-national multi-platform environments.
• Develop / maintain relevant, (sometimes) tailored and implementable Policies, Baselines, Standards, Guidelines and Procedures.
• Perform Architecture Risk Assessments, Produce Architecture and Technology Road-maps & Oversee Follow-on Evaluations and Tests and Draw-up Architectural Mitigation Plans

Technical Skills Required for the Enterprise Architect role include but are not limited too;

• Experienced Data Architect role in executing large transformation and data migration programs
• Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality architecture and solution design
• Experienced Data modelling & mapping
• Strong Retail banking Domain/ Functional experience with understanding of Temenos (T24) Core banking platform preferred
• Probabilistic algorithm implementations and tuning experience.
• Strong knowledge of Data warehousing and Big Data Technologies
• Experience with Informatica / IQD preferred

An understanding of local (Ireland) cultural nuances and regulatory knowledge would be an advantage. This is a key role within the business and looking for a start ASAP!!
