Enterprise Architect – Retail – Permanent – Liverpool

Enterprise Architect with retail sector experience urgently required to join a global consulting company on a client site in Liverpool. In this role the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for shaping, leading and delivering added-value through technology advisory consultancy and through guiding transformational delivery engagements.

The successful Enterprise Architect will have worked within the retail sector as either and Enterprise IT or Solution Architects working on transformational or SaaS programmes.

As the Enterprise Architect you will have the following skills / experience;

• Application, Data and Enterprise Architecture (not Infrastructure)
• Stakeholder management
• Working across varied technology domains such as Business Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Integration and Security
• An interest in emerging technologies and innovation
• Ability to demonstrate a clear technology thinking and a sound understanding of technology solution design principles
• Ability to successfully relate technology solutions to business problems and sell ideas
• Providing technology leadership in complex projects and programmes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill – both oral and written
• A track record of developing creative solutions

A proven consulting background and experience of working on digital transformation programmes in application, data and enterprise space is highly desirable

Any additional experience across the following would be considered beneficial

• Prior background in software development
• Exposure to digital technologies such as Social, Mobile, Advanced Analytics, Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Automation
• Demonstrate a clear technology thinking and a sound understanding of technology solution design principles
